Welcome to the GPA PO
Our Purpose and Mission
All parents and/or guardians of students currently enrolled at Glendale Preparatory Academy are members of the school’s Parent Organization. We are a community of parent volunteers that provides a support system to enrich our student’s academic experience. We volunteer our time in service, facilitate communication, administer social activities, and raise funds as needed, to benefit and support the GPA faculty and administration who are working to provide the best educational experience for our children.

News & Announcements
PO Meeting: Thursday, September 2nd is the next PO Meeting. These short meetings are a great place to get information about school events and activities, meet other parents, and find opportunities to serve the school and its students. We will meet in Room 17 from 7:00 to 8:30pm. Our Agenda and Meeting Minutes are always available in the front office and in the PO Meetings tab of this website.
Directory: It’s not too late to be included in the Directory, please fill out the form and place in the PO Box in the file folder titled “Judi Todd – Directory/Raffle” or in the slot below. There are also advertising opportunities available in the directory. If you have questions you may contact Judi at juditodd@ymail.com.
Carpool Website: We are in the final stages of introducing this new feature to GPA Parents; however, we need someone to chair this committee and be our contact person before we can proceed. If you have some computer savvy and would be willing to take on this role please contact Kendra Gould or Elena Mares at imnena2001@yahoo.com. The time commitment is minimal, so this is a great chance for even a busy parent to help Glendale Prep.
Store Loyalty Cards: Have you registered your Fry’s and Safeway Cards and your Target and Macy’s Visa Cards? When you register your card according to the information sheet and shop at these retailers, Glendale Prep receives a percentage of your sales. Please take a moment and ask your family and friends to sign up too.
Volunteers: We have numerous events coming quickly on the calendar. If you would like to help out with any of these, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Sandy Gallo, at sandygallo@cox.net. She will gladly help you find the right place.
