Allow me to introduce myself:
Sandy Gallo, mom to a 10th grader (Antonette) and a 9th grader (Dominic). We have be fortunate enough to be at GP since it opened! I am the coordinator of the Griffin Games, to be held Saturday March 3rd….

You are being contacted because you indicated your desire to be involve with the planning and running of this fabulous event.  It is a day filled with fun, family and faculty…. And finances (biggest money maker for the PO)… All help, all suggestions are welcomed and encouraged.  Please feel free to pass this on to others that may not have made the email list…. There is some immediate planning that needs to be done – then we kind of relax until @ February…. And get busy with the final plans.  We will have some meetings to brain storm- but I too work full time and mtgs can be difficult to get to- so email is the best communication for now…

Some of the main areas are:
Faculty Pie in the Face
Snack Shack
Food prep
T-shirt design and sales
Raffle- Auctions and 50/50
Big game activities (bouncy’s, dunk tank etc)
Art Activities
Set up/Tear down
The Great Races (variety of obstacle courses etc)
Photo opportunities

Would love to add to this year’s events…. Cake walk, face painting…. Etc… send ideas

The above list is not complete- but gets us started- Please respond and let me know what area of interest you would like to be involved with…
