Glendale Preparatory Academy partners with orderlunches.com to provide a secure, fast, and easy-to-use online ordering system that allows parents to view our lunch menu, order, prepay and manage student lunches on the web.
REGISTRATION AND ORDERING WILL BEGIN* ON THE 1st DAY OF EACH MONTH AND END ON THE 20TH DAY OF EACH MONTH. WE ARE UNABLE TO MAKE EXCEPTIONS IF YOUR ORDER IS NOT PLACED DURING THIS TIMEFRAME.
NEW PARENTS:
- Simply go to greathearts.orderlunches.com and click on “Register”.
- Your School Password is: griffins4.
- Click on “order” to begin selecting your menu items.
- After making your selections, confirm by clicking on the green icon of the shopping cart.
- Pay and check out.
- Print your order.
RETURNING PARENTS:
- Simply go to greathearts.orderlunches.com and click on “Sign In”.
- Enter your username and password THEN your School Password: griffins4.
- Once you are signed in, your “profile” will display.
- Scroll down to enter/update your student(s) information.
- Click on “order” to begin selecting lunches.
- After making your selections, confirm by clicking on the green icon of the shopping cart.
- Pay and check out.
- Print your order.
Program Information:
- POINT, CLICK, PAY: Please be sure to complete the check-out process when placing an order. Do not close your browser prior to receiving the confirmation display or your order may be interrupted and not fully processed. Items left in your shopping cart will not be processed and your order will not be placed.
- MINIMUM ORDER: A minimum $10.00 order is required for new or changed orders – otherwise $1.00 handling fee is charged.
- FOOD OR POLICY QUESTIONS: Please email us at gplunches@gmail.com and a parent volunteer get back to you as soon as possible (usually the same day). Need a quicker answer? Call us at 623-889-0822.
- ONLINE AND PHONE SUPPORT: If you have trouble placing an order, please contact orderlunches.com at support@orderlunches.com or call 1-800-381-6511. Mon-Fri., 8am – 5pm PT. Please do not call the GP front office, they do not have access to the online orders.
NOTES:
Please be sure to complete check out process when placing an order. You can confirm that you have done so by looking at your order calendar. If any of items appear highlighted in blue, they are in your cart, but not yet confirmed purchases. Items left in your shopping cart will not be processed and your order will not be placed.
Email Notifications: To ensure that you are receiving email notifications – including ordering reminders, important communication, confirmations, password resets – be sure to add info@orderlunches.com to your email safe list.
Changes/Cancellations: There are no changes or cancellations to an order once the order is placed. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Missed Lunches: There are no refunds for missed meals for any reason. Credits are not applied due to illness as we have already purchased the meal for you.
Late Orders: Late Orders are not accepted.
Payment Information: The lunch program accepts payment by Visa, MasterCard, or your debit card with a Visa or MasterCard logo.
Credit Card Payments: After entering your credit card for payment a confirmation page will display. If you do not get the confirmation page displayed please do not attempt to enter payment again this may result in duplicate charges. Call OrderLunches at 1-800-381-6511 for assistance.
View your order history: Click the “order history” link on the navigation bar.
For navigational support: Click on “help” link on the navigation bar.
